A breast cancer fundraiser at CF Timpanogos. Proceeds will be donated to Huntsman Cancer Center for breast cancer research and to help people who can’t afford treatment. $40 to get a T-shirt and be eligible for raffle prizes. November 15 (Saturday) at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 classes. Everyone is invited – bring friends from other CF gyms and people who just want to have a fun workout or try out CF. It will be an awesome partner workout for a great cause.

lean meats, vegetables, fruits & nuts.
b) If you are trying to gain mass, you are on a nutritional plan of:
lean meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy, white rice & potatoes.
Part 2. Test and Re-test body-fat
Part 3. Test and Re-test workout (Monday, November 3)
*You can earn one point per day for the following:
1 pt/day – eating perfect
1 pt/day – drinking water (.5% BW/day)
1 pt/day – sleeping 7 hrs
1 pt/day – working out (5 points total per week)
1 pt/day – being happy/positive
You can loose one point per day for the following:
1 pt/day – eating/drinking anything not on the above list
1 pt/day – not drinking .5% BW/day of water
1 pt/day – not getting 7 hours of sleep
1 pt/day – not working out (5 points total per week)
1 pt/day – being sad, depressed, mean or negative
Fitness & Performance WOD
In teams of four, complete five sets for max reps/calories of:
Row for Calories x 60 seconds
Man-Makers (40s/25s) x 60 seconds
Barbell Thrusters (95/65) x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
Teams get one rower, and one barbell. Team members rotate through the three work stations at 60 second intervals and all members rest at the same time. Post total score (calories rowed and reps completed).
